  I used to love this store before I became disabled, and they were on Woodruff Road. With the move and the expansion of fabrics available, their narrow aisles are impossible for wheelchairs, and as they lean bolts of fabric out into the aisles they are bad tripping hazards if using a cane and unsteady. It also worries me that the bolts are on the floor, being bumped by dirty shoes. They have everything I need, are clean, carry extremely high quality fabrics, threads, and needles, and the owner and staff are wonderful, friendly people, but the store is no longer handicapped accessible due to crowding. Butler Road is getting to be as bad as Woodruff Road for traffic, so plan ahead to spend time waiting in traffic. Several easy access points from at least three different roads.

  My husband took my 1980's era Viking sewing machine to this shop for repair. He put it on the counter and the salesperson told him he could take it right back. They don't even look at older machines. I searched the Greenville area and found a wonderful repairman in Easley that fixed it. All it needed was a cleaning and oiling.
